Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Digital Hype when you use AEO Check. Plain language, no surprises.

Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you (the business or professional buying the service, "you") and Tal Luz, doing business as Digital Hype, an Israeli registered business no. 307858993 ("Digital Hype", "we"). By checking the box at checkout and paying, you accept these Terms.
1. The service
AEO Check by Digital Hype measures how AI assistants know and describe your business at the time of the check, and gives you a report with recommended actions. The monthly plan adds a new check each month, a monthly report, and help carrying out the recommended actions, each one only with your approval.
2. What we do not promise
AI assistants are third-party systems we do not control. Their answers change between runs and can be inaccurate. We do not promise that any AI assistant will mention, rank or recommend you, or any increase in leads or revenue. Our goal is that AI assistants know accurate information about your business.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to act for the business. You are responsible for following the advertising and professional rules of your field and state. You approve every change before it is published in your name.
4. Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online payment reseller, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing inquiries and returns. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected by our payment reseller.
5. Subscription and cancellation
The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to info@digitalhype.co.il. Cancellation stops all future charges. How long your access continues after cancelling, and refunds, are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver the one-time report within 48 hours of payment, and always within 7 business days. On the monthly plan, we aim to deliver the first report within 48 hours after you approve the check questions. If a report you paid for is not delivered in time, our Refund Policy applies.
7. Intellectual property
Your report is for use in your business. Content we publish for you, after your approval, is yours. Our software, methods and report formats remain ours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Not professional advice
Reports are marketing and technical analysis. They are not legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms with notice to active customers by email; continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it. We may suspend the service if payment fails or if it is used unlawfully.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
