Last updated October 28, 2026 · Version en-1.0
Who the service is for
Businesses and independent professionals. The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, profession, website, city and state, and any optional details you add to improve the check.
- Payment information is collected and processed by our payment reseller, which acts as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and error monitoring.
- We do not collect information about your own customers or patients, and you should not send us any.
How we use it
To run the check and produce your report; to provide the monthly service you subscribe to; to contact you about your account; for billing and accounting; and to improve the service in aggregate. We send marketing email only with an unsubscribe link in every message, and we honor every unsubscribe.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity): we send them questions about your business, such as its name, profession and location. We do not send your personal contact details.
- Google Places: to read your public business listing.
- Our payment reseller: payments, invoicing and sales tax, as Merchant of Record.
- Infrastructure: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry).
Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service for us.
Cookies and advertising tags
Our website uses cookies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags, to measure visits and the results of our ads. These tools may collect your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit, and Meta and Google process that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings.
Our client portal does not use advertising or tracking cookies; it uses only the cookies needed to sign you in.
International transfer
We are based in Israel and our providers operate in the US, the EU and elsewhere. By using the service you understand your information is processed outside your state.
How long we keep it
Check and report data: 24 months after your last activity. Billing records: 7 years, as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, except what we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, or to stop marketing email, by writing to info@digitalhype.co.il. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Virginia) may have additional rights; we honor those requests the same way, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and our database enforces access rules per account.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will tell active customers by email before the change applies.
