Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time report ($149)

• We deliver your full report within 7 business days of payment.
• If we do not deliver it within that time, you get a full refund on request.
• Once the report is delivered, it is non-refundable. You can see a free check before you buy, so you know what the report covers.

Monthly service

• Monthly fees are non-refundable.
• You can cancel anytime, from the billing section of your account or by emailing info@digitalhype.co.il. No further charges are made after you cancel.
• Your access lasts until the end of your paid period or 14 days after you cancel, whichever is later. After that the service pauses: content already published stays live, but updates, new content and checks stop. Data is kept for a limited time.

Goodwill

In special cases we may offer a refund at our discretion. This does not create a right to a refund in other cases.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are processed by our payment reseller to your original payment method. A refund ends access to what was refunded.
• Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will try to resolve it quickly.

Results

We help AI engines know your business. We do not guarantee that any AI engine will mention or recommend you.
